Meet Pastor Max McKenzie-Cook
Pastor Max McKenzie-Cook, was born in Trinidad and Tobago but grew up in North London, England. He has grown up a Seventh-day Adventist Christian, and his faith is what shapes the way he thinks and how he approaches issues. He said, that his relationship with God is what is paramount in his life.
He graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with and LLB Law (Honours), University of Wales, Lampter with a BDiv Theology (Honours) and a MA Systematic Theology Newbold College. He went into Pastoral Ministry purely because this is where he thinks God has placed him in order to make a difference in people’s lives.
He is married to his generous wife Jemima and both have lovely daughter name Thea.
Pastor Max, as he’s affectionately known is very quiet and reserved person, but he also like to have fun. He also like my movies, for what reason he doesn’t know. Creativity maybe? who knows.
Before taken up Pastoral ministry, He has worked with local church leadership for many years in various ministries, including Teens and Youth ministries, Pathfinders, Head Deacon and local church Elder.
Currently he pastors at Battersea & Wallington Adventist Churches with to life goal to provide exceptional pastoral care and great leadership and direction for church growth.
